If you have a solid business with an income you can get an unsecured business line of credit from Darrell. We will be announcing this soon.
However, if you can offer your investor an ROI of 20-35%, you should try some well-off investors at your local REIA. I think you could generate some interest.

Sorry Jennifer,
Home equity is a real slippery slope right now. Beside shopping real estate lenders I don't know what to suggest.
What are you going to do with the money. If you are using it to buy property, you might approach a private investor and secure his investment with mortgages on both the property you're buying and one that you own.

You can use a stock portfolio to secure a line of credit. Or you can approach someone you know for the funds as long as you have a solid plan to pay them back and compensate them with a nice return.

Stocks & bonds are collateral for the loan, but they stay in your name. (can't use any type of retirement account)

Hello,

I am new to the investor wealth network, so I had a clarifying question on this funding article. Does this mean that you don't have to have credit or go through a qualifying process like traditional means, but you have to have stock, bonds, 401ks etc to access this funding?

How do you get cash line of credit to operate business, fees and miscellaneous costs that you may need up front before close of escrow?

I do not have any securities, but I do own real estate with over 50% equity. Is there a program to borrow against the equity in the real estate besides conventional refinance?

Good Morning Richard and Michelle,

How long does it normally take for Darrell to make contact following a submission? We have several deals that we can do once we get some additional funding lined up.
