Retirement accounts are a great potential source of funds. However, Investors are going to be very risk adverse with their retirement money.
As for your website, I’d have a securites attorney look it over to see it doen’t violate state and federal guidelines.
You also need to consult an attorney about what paperwork and documents you need when you actually accept the investments.

Hello Richard;
I am a newbie investor who has been focusing on SIDRA’s and similar retirement accounts to fund possible deals. I do have a mentor who has successfully done this for the last 3 years and has encouraged me to focus on this aspect of my business. I do have a website and I have done a short 8 min+ video to show people exactly what a private equity partnership is. I don’t have the credibility that I think is needed for such an endeavor, but my mentor does and that is what we are
emphasizing. I ordered your course so that I could get more specific information on the best way to do this. Is it ok to put this video on my site and the web? I make no guarantees and I encourage watchers to go to my website and download a free report about the process. I feel I am close, but as yet , no one has signed.

Your motivation is wonderful, and you should focus that motivation on attracting money into your life. Your first priority is to take care of your day to day needs. The second is to create a real estate business that will yield profits for you and your investors. Third, attract the investors for your project.

Hello my name is Angelina and I am new at real estate investing. I am so into the real estate investing that I can tast it. As you probably have guessed I am new at this and lack the funds to get started. I am looking for help. I want to buy houses and fix them up for people in need. I myself do not own my own house but I want to help everyone else. I had many opportunities but had to let it go because I did not have the funds to get started. Right now I am unemployed because I lost my job when they were closing their doors. I am very much motivated individual. Please direct me in the right direction. I’ll greatly appreciate it.
