Part 2 ended with Richard beginning to discuss the O in SWOT and part 3 begins with a conversation with a caller. There is no continuity between the end of part 2 and the beginning of part 3. There is no discussion regarding the T in SWOT or the last subject of Consultants. Is there a problem with this part of the training guide? Or am I missing something?
