I was impressed by the diversity of the attendees – we truly had an international consortium at the summit. We were able to benefit from the experience of active RE investors from Japan, Poland, China and Haiti. I was impressed by the expertise they brought from each of their respective real estate investing areas.

One of the highlights from the summit was to spend time with Germaine – a former Wall Street securities Attorney, based in Atlanta, who coached us on the intricacies of the SEC law and how it relates to raising capital for our ventures.

Additionally, we were fortunate to have a brief session with Bill Duquette, a real estate coach who helped us understand the psychology of selling and how our attitudes, posture and body language affects the delivery of our presentations.

I appreciate the opportunity to come to the summit and both learn and network with like-minded individuals. I would recommend it to all who are able to attend..
